Hi everybody my name is Fred & my co-chair is Charles. Together we  started this running group with the purpose to work along side the Boilermaker training program and encourage a healthy lifestyle and help keep us and freinds motivated through tough winter months.

Meeting Time & Place

Hi and Thank You for visiting our Website. We will be kicking off our Boilermaker Training Program on January 14, 2006.

We'll be meeting at the Ilion High School @ 8:am at that time we will start with warm up and stretching, followed by our walk run routine.
